About Ivory Tide
Starting Out
Ivory Tide didn't actually begin with Weddings.
Our story started in the luxury automotive world planning experiences for Porsche VIP clients. After one of the group owners asked us to coordinate his wedding and then plan his daughters wedding, everything shifted.
What started as a single wedding quickly became the beginning of something much bigger. Nearly 10 years later, that same foundation still shapes how we approach every celebration: polished, intentional, organized, and centered around the guest experience.
Our Story
Ivory Tide was built for couples and families who want a beautiful celebration without feeling like they have to become professional event planners themselves.
Over the years, we've worked with celebrations of every size and style, from intimate weddings and relaxed coastal events to full wedding weekends and luxury celebrations exceeding $300,000.
People sometimes tell me to find a niche and focus on it. However, I don't agree with that mindset in my career. Even with a niche, no wedding or couple is exactly the same. What I love about my job and the business I've built is the diversity in couples that we work with!
Our approach is logistics-first. We care about the beautiful details, but for the details to be beautiful, you have to plan them thoughtfully. The timing, vendor communication, guest flow, contingency plans, and thousands of little decisions that allow the day to feel effortless and run smoothly.

The New England Chapter
New England is where Ivory Tide calls home during a majority of the year.
From coastal celebrations and private estates to classic New England weekends, this region has shaped our planning style and continues to be an important piece of our calendar and our hearts.
Today, Ivory Tide serves couples throughout the greater Boston area, Cape Cod, Rhode Island, and surrounding New England destinations, with expanded summer availability for couples planning celebrations throughout the region.
The Southwest Florida Chapter
A new coastline, but the same Ivory Tide approach.
After expanding to Southwest Florida, Ivory Tide now serves couples throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Sarasota and the Florida Keys.
Southwest Florida has given us the opportunity to combine our love of elevated celebrations with the relaxed atmosphere of destination weddings, waterfront venues, resort weekends and intimate coastal events.
